New location to add 35 employees

Orange County CA – March 28th, 2016 – Corporate IT Solutions (CIS), a wide area network design and 24/7 support company, has opened a third call center in Boise, Idaho.  The center, will be staffed by 35 team members, joins the company’s existing call centers in Aliso Viejo, Calif., and Salinas, Kan.

“Boise has an emerging tech sector developed largely around all the great things Boise State University is doing to train tech talent,” says Matt Miller, managing partner of CIS. “We see Boise as an extension of our Aliso Viejo center. Together, the two will provide Tier 1 and 2 technical support, project management, broadband procurement and field service support.”

A wide area network, or WAN, is a telecommunications or computer network that extends over a large geographical distance. CIS has been providing WAN solutions to its clients since 2008.

John Langlois, director of help desk services for CIS, will have responsibility for the two centers.
