Are you ready to close opportunities in the SD-WAN managed network services market? CISSDM is looking for a competitive Enterprise Sales Executive to win with CISSDM.

CISSDM designs and supports best of breed Enterprise SD-WAN solutions. We design, deliver, and support next-gen WAN solutions powered by Cisco, Fortinet, Palo Alto, CloudGenix, Juniper, Meraki, CradlePoint, Viptela, and VMWare SD-WAN by VeloCloud. CISSDM has the unique ability to integrate platforms from industry leaders like FortiManager, Meraki’s Cloud Controller, VeloCloud Orchestrator, ServiceNow, and CradlePoint’s Net Cloud Manager, allowing clients to access their entire network from our centralized portal. CISSDM provides unprecedented transparency into every aspect of overall network function including design, deployment, support, and engineering.

About the Role: Enterprise Sales Executive

Location: Remote – United States

CISSDM is seeking a self-motivated, flexible and technology-oriented sales team member with strong communication skills, for the role of Enterprise Sales Executive. This is a results-oriented position working directly alongside our sales team to prospect, define, qualify and close sales opportunities. This will be done by having a high aptitude in SD-WAN / network technology, leadership and business acumen.

Responsibilities:

  • Consistently achieve quarterly and annual sales quotas through a solid, measurable sales process while conducting detailed and professional sales campaigns
  • Identify net new prospects/partners in assigned territory through discovery calls, regular meetings, events, partner registrations and personal prospecting
  • Understand CISSDM capabilities, benefits, outcomes, and industry context to best position our service and navigate an intelligent sales campaign
  • Use internal communication and CRM tools to increase your personal efficiency and productivity while delivering accurate business and customer information to the business
  • Manage multiple business, sales cycles and customer priorities with 10-20 sales opportunities each quarter while also navigating long-term strategic opportunities
  • Master competitive offerings and differentiation to focus on customer requirements and outcomes ensuring effective opportunity qualification and tactical positioning on sales campaigns
  • Collaborate with internal lead generation resources to establish pipeline of business and expand opportunities within the territory
  • Be the key person to build solid rapport with prospects while acting as the team quarterback to keep the sales process moving forward
  • Assist in finding, building, managing, and growing new business partnerships within the reseller and ecosystem community to build pipeline and leverage relationships for competitive advantage
  • Leverage personal networks and business partnerships to generate net new leads for the territory
  • Attend events and trade shows as requested
  • Travel to engage onsite with prospective customers as necessary
  • Collaborate with the management team to develop near-term and long-term strategic territory plans, as well as industry trends.
  • Establish strong lines of communication between pre-sales engineering, marketing, and other business development resources
  • Constantly improve communication and relationship with pre-sales engineering counterparts to create a cohesive selling process and customer experience
  • Work in conjunction with channel resources to ensure success of strategic partners and strengthen channel relationships

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree (business administration, finance, economics, computer science, computer information systems) or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Skilled in selling techniques within a proven sales process framework and a minimum of 5 years’ experience selling to mid-market / enterprise clients
  • A proven track record of consistent sales quota achievement
  • SD-WAN, Circuit Aggregation, Managed Services or related sales experience preferred
  • Ability to communicate effectively, in writing and verbally, with both customers and colleagues at all levels
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Solid level of technology, spreadsheet, and CRM utilization
  • Devotion to continual personal sales development, customer service, and follow-up
  • Ability to be flexible and work in a rapidly changing environment is required
  • The ability to work with a variety of internal groups
  • Experience of successfully translating and communicating key technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Must be highly motivated, self-starter, possess a positive-aggressive attitude, and have excellent organizational skills

Sales Engineer

Ready to make an impact? CISSDM is looking for Sales Engineer

CISSDM designs and supports best of breed network technologies delivered through a flexible support model with customized support processes. Our solutions leverage platforms from Gartner’s Magic Quadrant for WAN Edge Infrastructure like Cisco, Cisco Meraki, Fortinet, Juniper, CloudGenix, CradlePoint, Aruba, Talari, VMWare SD-WAN by VeloCloud, and many others. That being said, we are looking for knowledgeable and flexible Solution Architects or Consultants that have hands-on experience with a variety of SD-WAN platforms as well as knowledge on routing, switching, and building a solution that is compatible with the customer’s current networks for a smooth migration.

The Solutions Architect is responsible for supporting sales by providing subject matter expertise on technical concepts and mapping technology solutions to prospects and existing clients’ needs. The candidate should maintain technical knowledge of wide area networking, local area networking, and Wi-Fi networking technologies by staying up-to-date on market trends, manufacturer reports, and internal/independent lab testing. Hands-on experience is a must, as real-world experience in deploying and managing wide area networks must be demonstrated in the sales process.

About the Role:

Location: Remote – United States

The Sales Engineer is the technical backbone of the sales organization. The Sales Engineer is responsible for working alongside an account executive to evangelize, design, propose and demonstrate the business value to customers. This is a results-oriented position and you must demonstrate that you can own building the territory with the account executive. This will be done by having a high aptitude in SD-WAN / technology, leadership, and business acumen. You thrive on autonomy while being a productive team member. The character and competency you bring to the sales process is a critical component to this role. Ultimately, you win with integrity and good intent.

Responsibilities:

  • Working with companies to help educate and drive the CISSDM business model, benefits and overall solution
  • Deliver technical presentations and demos with a focus on the business requirements of the customer
  • Create an environment in which prospects become customers and customers become evangelists
  • Work through obstacles during the sales process, help the customer understand how CISSDM addresses their requirements and concerns
  • Assist sales qualification and own the technical architecture design
  • Travel required (up to 50%) / Passport Required

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Minimum of 5 years in a customer-facing role, preferably in a sales engineering capacity or consulting role focused on SD-WAN, Managed Services, WAN/LAN and/or networking (additional details below)
  • Hands-on experience with implementation, configuration and troubleshooting of various networking equipment with various vendors
  • Minimum of 5 years supporting, delivering, or designing enterprise IT systems
  • Must have extensive technical experience in SD-WAN, Networking, Security, Cloud Services
  • Experience creating/drafting Scope of Work, Proposals and RFP responses
  • Ability to articulate the business application/value of the CISSDM solution to all audiences, ranging from technical to executive-level decision makers
  • Excellent written, verbal, presentation, time management, and attention to detail
  • You must have an “I own the problem AND the solution” attitude
  • Strong working knowledge of Word, PowerPoint, and Excel

Desired Skills and Competencies:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or 5-7 years of experience in Telecommunications or IT Industries
  • CCNA/CCNP/CCIE Certification preferred
  • Working knowledge of Zoho CRM or other CRM platform

Day to day activities include placing broadband Internet orders for businesses, managing the delivery of services, using spreadsheets to view data and update in our database, provide customer updates, and work with internal and external teams to resolve issues.

This is a viable entry into both networking or operational career paths.
