Project Management |
|
| |
| CIS Management has been involved in the deployment of hundreds of custom broadband WAN solutions since 2000. That experience has allowed us to identify broadband based network deployment best practices. Our project management services are focused on minimizing budget and time overages during the deployment process. Our management team leverages previous experience to predict obstacles with specific installation scenarios (i.e. mall installations and broadband migrations). This process proactively takes steps to avoid the common pitfalls which can cause projects to run over budget and miss deadlines. |

| Corporate IT Solutions will evaluate the broadband options at each location and recommend the last mile options that best support your business needs. |

Line Ordering |
|
| |
| CIS will provide all phone and website ordering information for broadband services. Corporate IT solutions can manage the line order process for our clients if required. Our online portal will track contract term, early termination fee, monthly recurring cost, installation and equipment fee, applicable rebates and discounts, activation date and circuit ID.

CPE configuration, Onsite Installation and Testing |
|
| |
| CIS can provide equipment procurement, equipment configuration, deployment, and on-site installation services. These services are not bundled and can be added if desired by the customer. If the customer has current relationships for any of these services, CIS will be glad to work with your current vendor. If the client decides they would like these services provided by CIS, we can order equipment to our facilities where we will stage and configure the equipment. Once the equipment is configured we will ship the gear to the proper site and then schedule an on-site visit with the end user to turn up the service. CIS will work with you to design a testing procedure to verify all of your applications are running properly over the new network connection before the technician leaves the site. This checklist will include running any necessary applications on both the primary and where applicable the backup connection. CIS will not designate a site as “turned-up” until all services have passed certification on both the primary and redundant connections.
