John Langlois Joins Advanced Telecom Solution Provider
Corporate IT Solutions (CIS), an advanced telecom solution provider offering wide area networking infrastructure and the services necessary to keep it running smoothly and affordably, has named John Langlois as director of support for the company’s customer base of multi-location business organizations in the retail, hospitality, healthcare and financial services industries.
“John’s a talented network support manager and an ideal candidate to improve the customer experience,” says Nate McNair, co-founder of CIS. “He’ll be working hard to streamline troubleshooting and escalation processes and to help the CIS support role respond to the ever-changing technology landscape.”
The former Maryland-based attorney has a background in steering technical support operations for Verizon Wireless, Netifice Communications and Epoch Networks. He will be based out of the company’s headquarters in Aliso Viejo, a suburb of Los Angeles.
CIS sources cable, fiber or ADSL from more than 200 providers across North America to increase capacity without disturbing the primary MPLS network. By diverting non-critical, higher bandwidth applications to broadband, adequate capacity is made available for POS transaction volume and other business critical systems.
